EForce Baseball is focused on providing a premier developmental experience for baseball athletes! EForce will be providing top-of-the-line paid professional coaches, indoor & outdoor practices, strong one-to-one, and team-based instruction, and elite baseball-specific performance training through EForce Performance.

2024 SEASON

- Age group: 11u, 12u, 13u, 14u, 16u, 18u (May 1st birthday cutoff)

- Tryouts: 2024 season, coming this Fall

- Indoor Baseball Development Sessions beginning in January at The Yard Baseball Academy

- Baseball Specific Strength/Speed Training provided by EForce Performance

- 60+ practices with a combination of indoor and outdoor

Date: August 5th

Age Groups (Will be split into ages once at tryout)

• 11U-12U: 9AM-11AM

• 13U-14U: 11AM-1PM

• 15U-18U: 1PM-3PM
