1on1's: Youth, High School, College, and Pro athletes

Our 1on1 Performance Training is for those who are looking to take their training and athletic potential to the next level. It is also great for those coming off of Physical Therapy, as it is an intermediate step, bridging the gap between rehab and training.

1-on-1 Performance Training is appointment based allowing for quality training to happen around busy schedules. All athletes receive a completely custom and individualized program and tracking, with the utilization of Sports Technology (Heart Rate Monitors, Digital Athlete Recovery Surveys, Electronic Sprint Timing Gates, etc.). The athlete will also have access to the coach’s text line for instant communication when needed. All this leads to a program that yields result unattainable in any other setting.

Semi Private: Youth, High School, College, and Pro athletes (2-3 athletes)

Our Semi-Private Performance Training is for those who are looking for a competitive small group training environment that can drive performance while still having similar coaching attention as a 1-on-1. It is also great for those coming off of Physical Therapy as an intermediate step, bridging the gap between rehab and training.

Semi-Private Performance Training is appointment based allowing for quality training to happen around busy schedules. It follows an individualized EForce Training System, with exercise adjustments to meet the athlete’s needs and requirements. Training incorporates Sports Technology, and Data Collection/Analysis to Optimize Results.

TRY OUR ONLINE PROGRAMMING!

Our Online Programming allows for athletes to train with us from a distance.  Through our Online Programing, athletes will receive an individualized program, with links to video demonstrations to help guide exercise technique and execution.

Athletes will also have a weekly phone call scheduled to assess progress and athlete’s needs. Finally, there will be an open text/email line to allow athletes easy communication to answer questions and send videos of technique analysis.
