The performance Evaluation Process

Each athlete will receive an individualized program to meet their needs and goals. Coaches will instruct, guide, and support athletes through their training, while periodically retesting to assess improvement increases.

middle and high school training 

This training is built for athletes in 6th-12th grade, and is centered around the concept of Training to Train and Training to Compete.

Be introduced to a formal training process

This training is built for athletes in 3rd-5th grade, and is centered around age-appropriate drills and the concept of Learning to Train.
