Anthony Searcy

Anthony “Tony” Searcy is a former Division I basketball player from Boston, Massachusetts, with more than 15 years of experience coaching high school boys’ and girls’ basketball. His background spans player development, leadership, and sports marketing, including serving as Youth Development Director for an NBA organization. Tony currently serves as Head Coach of the Salem Capitals, where he continues to lead, mentor, and develop athletes at the professional level. He is known for building strong player relationships, cultivating talent, and creating impactful programs that connect performance, mentorship, and community engagement.

Taryn Dance

Taryn earned a Division II scholarship at Western Colorado University, where mentorship from strength and conditioning coaches sparked her passion for athlete development. After transferring to Linfield University to study exercise science, she gained hands-on training experience and expanded her basketball coaching background in Australia, working with athletes from youth to semi-professional levels. Now coaching and training full-time, Taryn brings an athlete-first mindset, strong basketball roots, and a focus on long-term development to every program she leads.

Cam Cranston

Cam, a graduate of Union HS (WA) and Western Oregon University, currently plays professionally in Australia and in the off season loves to train anywhere from youth players to current professional players. Cam also has spent the last 3 years working in the Strength/Conditioning realm in Vancouver, WA.

Nathan Zwierzynski

Nate has been training basketball players over the past 5 years, and has worked with all ages and skill levels, from 4-year-olds up to NBA players. His passion for the game of basketball and his love for helping others is what brought him into the world of training, and with his kinesiology degree he now ventures into coaching strength and conditioning as well.
