Train the Mind. Protect the Athlete.

At EForce Sports, mental training is developed with the same intention as physical training. We help athletes build the focus, confidence, and resilience required to compete under pressure while also supporting long-term mental wellness. The goal is simple: athletes who perform at a high level and stay healthy, motivated, and confident over time.

Mental Performance and athleticswork together

Mental performance helps athletes execute when pressure is high. Mental wellness helps athletes stay healthy, motivated, and confident over time. When both are trained together, athletes learn to compete hard without tying their identity to results, recover quickly from mistakes, and maintain stable confidence across seasons.

This approach allows athletes to grow, adapt, and sustain their love for sport while continuing to perform at a competitive level.
Our Speed & Strength Training program isn’t just about fitness—it’s about building habits and skills that translate to success on and off the field.

"I’ve finished 100-mile races before, but never with that level of clarity. Drew helped me understand that mental performance isn’t about being tougher — it’s about being more aware and intentional. I broke my PR by two hours, but the real win was how calm I stayed through the lows."

Golf is majority mental, and I never truly trained that side until I met Drew. He helped me simplify my approach and trust my process. When I miss now, I don’t spiral — I adjust and move on. That’s been the biggest shift in my game.

I was in a slump that had me doubting everything. Drew didn’t just give me motivation — he gave me tools. Now I step into the box with a clear plan and calm confidence. My swing didn’t change, but my mindset did, and that’s what turned my season around."
Elijah S.
QB, Class of 2026
Before working with Dr. Drew, I thought mental toughness just meant pushing through. He helped me see it’s about composure and control. I used to spiral after a bad throw — now I can reset and lead. It’s changed how I play and how I think.
