What is 7-on-7
7-on-7 is an off-season development tool from January-May used to help skill position players (QB, DB, WR, LB, RB) develop their football skills in a competitive environment. It is touch football with no tackling. Tournaments consist of 4-8, 20-30 minute games.

mission
Our goal with the EForce 7v7 teams is to provide an off-season platform for athletes who want to improve their skills and gain extra reps to help with their development.
HS teams typically travel within Oregon/Washington to ensure a focus on development and competition, without burdening families with excessive out of region travel.
Practice Info
2x/wk On-field Practice - Saturdays & Sundays: Play install, offensive/defensive position work, competition, speed training/testing
1x/wk Indoor Training Session – Weekday/Time TBD @ EForce Milwaukie Facility (16735 SE Ken’s Ct. Suite D. Milwaukie, OR 97267): Speed/Agility training, football chalk talk, skill training, team building
Additional 2x/wk Speed & Strength training included with EForce Performance: Available in group setting at EForce Beaverton, EForce Milwaukie, or EForce Vancouver facilities (remote training plan also available).
Tournament Schedule
Includes 5-7 local and regional tournaments. Typically 1 tournament in Seattle and Eugene with the rest in Portland metro or Salem (tournament schedule will be finalized by Dec. 15).
Additional League play games on non-tournament weekends (Portland-Eugene area)
