mission
Our goal with the EForce basketball teams is to provide an off-season platform for athletes who want to improve their skills and gain extra reps to help with their development.
Teams typically travel within Oregon/Washington to ensure a focus on development and competition, without burdening families with excessive out of region travel. Elite level teams will travel more.
Practice Info
2x/wk Skills Practice
- Skills sessions focus on individual and small-group development to improve ball handling, shooting, footwork, decision-making, and overall basketball IQ. Athletes also spend time in the weight room to build strength, speed, and athletic performance that translates directly to on-court success.
1x/wk Team Practice
- Team practices are designed to prepare athletes for game competition by focusing on offensive and defensive systems, full-court play, and game-like situations. These sessions emphasize teamwork, communication, and execution to help players compete with confidence and be tournament ready.
Additional 1x/wk Speed & Strength training included with EForce Performance
- Available in group setting at EForce Beaverton, EForce Milwaukie, or EForce Vancouver facilities (remote training plan also available).
Tournament Schedule
Includes 8 local and regional tournaments. Typically 2 tournaments a month.
