EForce showtime college prep

Our requirements for participation include:

  • Varsity starter in the fall prior
  • Your goal is to play college football
  • Commitment to a minimum of 2 workouts per week from December-May

Strength/Speed program beginning in December

Indoor workouts begin January (1 weeknight per week)
