Baseball Coach – Lessons, Classes & Teams

EForce Sports is looking for an energetic, knowledgeable, and dependable Baseball Coach to join our growing baseball program.

This position is ideal for a coach who loves developing young athletes and wants the opportunity to coach across multiple areas of our program, including private lessons, small-group training, camps/classes, and competitive teams.

The Role

‍

Our Baseball Coaches will have opportunities to:

Provide 1-on-1 private baseball lessons

Lead small-group hitting, pitching, fielding, and skill-development sessions

Coach youth baseball classes, clinics, and camps

Coach and assist with EForce baseball teams

Develop athletes from youth through high school

Build strong relationships with athletes and families

Help create age-appropriate development plans

Communicate athlete progress with parentsAssist with tryouts, evaluations, practices, and team development

Represent EForce Sports professionally in the community

What We’re Looking For

‍

We’re looking for coaches who are passionate about teaching and developing players, not simply running drills.

Ideal candidates will have:

High school, college, professional, or advanced competitive baseball experience

Previous coaching or training experience preferred

Strong knowledge of baseball fundamentals and player development

Ability to work with athletes of different ages and skill levels

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Positive energy and ability to connect with young athletes

Dependability and professionalism

Willingness to learn and follow the EForce development philosophy

Most importantly, we want coaches who understand that great youth coaching is about developing the person and the player.

Schedule

‍

This position can grow based on the coach’s availability and ability to build a client base.

Opportunities may include:

Private Lessons | Small Groups | Classes | Camps | Team Practices | Tournaments

Afternoon, evening, and weekend availability is preferred.

Location

We have facility locations in both Milwaukie and Beaverton. We have opportunities at both locations and will consider a mix of both facilities based on hours.

Compensation

Competitive coaching compensation based on experience and role.

Coaches can earn additional income through:

Private lessons

Small-group training

Classes and clinics

Camps

Team coaching
