Flight School
The Flight School Basketball Prep Program is designed for athletes who want to elevate their game through a complete development approach. Combining basketball skill training with focused strength and performance work, this program helps players build real, game-ready abilities.
Athletes will train four times per week, with two sessions dedicated to basketball skill development and two focused on power and strength. Skill sessions emphasize fundamentals that translate directly to game situations, while performance training is built to improve explosiveness, athleticism, and vertical jump.
Middle school athletes train Monday and Wednesday with performance from 4–5 PM and basketball skills from 5–6 PM. High school athletes train Tuesday and Thursday with performance from 5–6 PM and basketball skills from 6–7 PM.
