EForce Girls Basketball Tryouts

Introducing EForce Girls Basketball! Our experienced coaching and training staff are excited for you to join us in our first season of girls basketball. Season will include team practices, tournaments, and specially tailored skills training for all members of the team.

We are building something BIG for girls basketball in the Portland metro area! Led by University of California Hall of Famer and 13 year WNBA player Ashley Walker, EForce Girls Basketball is focused on development at all levels. We want you ON THE COURT with us!

Fall Program includes (Sept 4-Nov 1):
- Week Skill Sessions (@ EForce Sports Milwaukie Facility)
- 2x/wk Strength, Power and Conditioning Sessions included (Focus: Explosive strength, agility, speed, endurance, and injury prevention drills tailored for basketball performance.)
- Weekly Team Practice (Advanced skill development, scrimmages, Basketball IQ, team chemistry & more!)
- 5-7 tournaments

**Spring Program begins in late March
