One hour of intense individual skills training workout(s) and detailed teaching of the game to an individual. Training sessions are for boys and girls, 5 years and older. Each session is designed to assist in building a solid foundation. We incorporate a variety of drills designed to improve shooting, stick skills, dodging, footwork, goalie fundamentals and more.
