A certified personal trainer, Jena is a fitness coach for women who want to redefine their health from the inside out. With five years of teaching group fitness, her inspiration comes from walking alongside other women who are redefining their personal roadmap to care for their body and soul.
A former certified birth doula, Jena has always been drawn to supporting women during a time of personal growth and transition. Above all, she has walked in the same footsteps as many of her clients; challenged with overcoming disordered eating, calorie counting, postpartum stress, lack of motivation, and low energy levels. Jena focuses on understanding the mental roadblocks to help her clients reach their goals for increased strength, health, weight loss and life balance.
