Speed, Agility, Jumps (SAJ) Camps

EForce Speed, Agility, and Jumping Camp is 6 week long and 2 times per week.

The camps are designed using the most up-to-date training research/methods and are focused on the development of:

  • Running technique

  • Linear/multi-directional/change of direction skills

  • Acceleration/deceleration

  • Jumping/landing mechanics and power development

  • Injury reduction and core strength.

Performance PE Camp (1st-5th grade)

Our Performance PE Camp is designed for young and developing athletes who want to train and learn in a high energy, motivating environment. The EForce PE Performance Camp is strongly rooted in Long-Term Athlete Development (LTAD), focusing on developing physical literacy to improve the quality of sport and physical activity so athletes can realize their potential.

Our goal in PE Performance Camp is to facilitate physiological/biomechanical development, and fundamental movement patterns, while in a fun and positive environment that allows kids to gain an appreciation for a healthy lifestyle.

Baseball Performance Camp (6th - 8th Grade | 9th - 12th Grade)

Our Baseball Performance Camp is specifically designed to help develop a well rounded baseball athlete.

This 6-week (12 session) camp is open to Middle School and High School athletes. Sessions will focus on the primary development of:

  • Arm Care

  • Rotational Power

  • Increased Velocity

  • Lateral Speed & Power

  • Core Strength

Recovery and Mobility Camp

Led by our elite training team, Recovery and Mobility Sessions are designed to help athletes get back on the field and perform at peak levels during their next competition. This camp is specifically designed for athletes of all ages who are in-season and want to ensure they stay healthy throughout the entire year.  Camp sessions will include:

  • Specialized recovery methods

  • Movement preparation and mobility exercises

  • Strength/power maintainance

  • Injury prevention

  • FREE athlete screen from one of our highly qualified Physical Therapy Partners


Combine Prep and Testing Clinics

Our football combine Testing Clinics offer a chance for athletes to test their performance with combine drills before attending an event with college coaches and recruiting chances on the line.

During the Prep Clinics, EForce Performance coaches teach the technique required to maximize performance during each drill.  Athletes are given an opportunity to try each drill and practice.  

The Testing Clinics are a performance event, allowing athletes to participate in combine events and receive a PDF sheet with results from each event.
