Speed 101 Camp
EForce Speed 101 Camp is 4 weeks long and 1 time per week.
The camps are designed using the most up-to-date training research/methods and are focused on the development of:
Linear/multi-directional/change of direction skills
Jumping/landing mechanics and power development
Injury reduction and core strength.
Baseball Performance Camp (6th - 8th Grade | 9th - 12th Grade)
Our Baseball Performance Camp is specifically designed to help develop a well rounded baseball athlete.
This 4-week (8 session) camp is open to Middle School and High School athletes. Sessions will focus on the primary development of:
Lateral Speed & Power
Fundamentals of Strength Camp
Developed by Regional Powerlifting Champion, Coach James Andrew. Lifting 101 focuses on teaching the skills that are necessary for athletic development. This two day per week camp is being offered to introduce the skills and exercises that we have found critical on your road to developing to being the best athlete you can.
A comprehensive movement evaluation
Proper squatting, hip hinging, upper body push and pull, and weighted carrying execution
Individualized movement selection and loading
Daily performance tracking
Lineman STRONG!! Camp
EForce LINEMAN STRONG camp is 6 weeks long and 2 times per week.
This is open to 4th grade - high school athletes.
Developed by Ex Linfield Lineman and Regional Powerlifting Champion, Coach James Andrew. Lineman STRONG!! focuses to develop the essential qualities needed to dominate the trenches. These qualities include:
Proper Blocking/Striking Mechanics
Upper/Lower Body Power & Strength
Change of Direction and Footwork
Lineman Specific Mobility
Performance PE Camp (1st-5th grade)
Our Performance PE Camp is designed for young and developing athletes who want to train and learn in a high energy, motivating environment. The EForce PE Performance Camp is strongly rooted in Long-Term Athlete Development (LTAD), focusing on developing physical literacy to improve the quality of sport and physical activity so athletes can realize their potential.
Our goal in PE Performance Camp is to facilitate physiological/biomechanical development, and fundamental movement patterns, while in a fun and positive environment that allows kids to gain an appreciation for a healthy lifestyle.
Recovery and Mobility Camp
Led by our elite training team, Recovery and Mobility Sessions are designed to help athletes get back on the field and perform at peak levels during their next competition. This camp is specifically designed for athletes of all ages who are in-season and want to ensure they stay healthy throughout the entire year. Camp sessions will include:
